Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email after payment has been authorized and verified.

5.1 Return Window & Condition

You may return most items for a refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving your shipment. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Tools must show no signs of wear, sharpening, or modification.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

To ensure safety, hygiene, and quality control for all customers, the following cannot be returned:

• Custom-Ordered or Personalized Items.
• Opened Consumables (sandpaper, compounds, dyes, stains).
• Safety-Critical Items (e.g., opened respirator filters, gloves).
• Digital Products & Plans (downloaded patterns, guides).
• Clearance or “As-Is” Items.

5.3 Return Process

You must first contact customer service to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns shipped without an RMA cannot be processed.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
